It was later in my life that I discovered photography for me. I adore the era of analog photography; the craft of masters who lived for their work amidst the sacrifices of its complexity. Though born to an era of image inflation, I believe we have to work within and mirror the aesthetics of our time. My main leitmotifs: Time in all its dimensions, as well as acceptance of us as part of it, our futility and mortality. The point where surface meets reality, where we are confronted with ourselves and the awareness of life's beauty becomes existential.
